At Unity Alliance, we believe that communication is a powerful tool that can have an enormous impact on the success of any organization. Effective communication with our communities can increase people’s engagement, boost community productivity and drive positive change.
We believe that communication and education are the cornerstone of an engaged community. Our community members represent our most significant investment and ultimately determines the success or failure of our organization. Engaged communities are far more likely to demonstrate the dedication and commitment that are essential to the long-term growth and wellbeing of our people.
By effectively communicating our organization Core Values, we believe we can promote positive change creating welcoming and inclusive communities based on diversity and integration.
Community Unity Table
The purpose is to create a strong sense of community and ultimately to have thriving diverse communities. The Community Unity Table dinner will create an opportunity for open conversations with community leaders, and residents who otherwise wouldn’t have an opportunity to meet them. At each event, we will highlight one cultural aspect of the community through food, entertainment, and speakers. These annual dinners are hosted in counties across the Magic Valley!
